Called before checking in to see if it was possible to check in around 12 and the clerk on the phone answered with an attitude, when we walked in to check in 2 representatives were behind the desk and neither were welcoming & both were hesitant to tend to us almost like they were waiting to see who was going to help us first. The elevator being down wasn’t a huge issue for us but the stair case smells like wet dog so that was unpleasant. The closet in our room smelled like mold & upon looking we discovered that there was a leak coming from the ceiling of the closet that thankfully we didn’t put our clothes in. But we did mention the leak before checking out and hope this review helps.

Needs Improvement
This place could use kicking up it's cleanliness. Shower curtain was wet and not extended upon arrival. Once open it had black dots on the white curtain. They only put one bath towel for a party of 2. Not the places fault but people were walking and talking all night non stop until the morning in the hallways. King side bed was uncomfortable as it had been slept on continuously in the same spots. Mattresses should be flipped regular ly.

Very clean friendly staff but some repairs needed
Elevator was broken for first 2 days and I was on the 4th floor. Also no hot water for 3 days. Toilet in Room 411 runs every few minutes so needs a repair. Over weekend, very noisy and last night (Tuesday night) loud people in parking lot until 3am. On the positive side, very clean and friendly staff.

Upon approaching the hotel at checkin we noticed the front door was filthy. The tables in the lobby were dirty. When we checked in, the room we got had mold growing in the bathroom and the entire room smelled moldy, the carpet was also wet. They moved us to a second room and this room smelled horrible as well.. apparently the AC units freeze up and thaw out wetting up the carpet and leaving a horrible odor in the room.Many guests who checked in after us had the same complaints, some even left the hotel. We were moved again to another room which was better than the first 2. Housekeeping was supposed to come every 3rd day and we never saw them. we were there for 8 days. We had to go down to the lobby to get rour own replacement towels and we had to change our own sheets which is deplorable. To make matters worse the only elevator in the building broke down so we had to lug our heavy bags up and down the staircase. We wanted to use the washing machines and the front desk never had quarters. One of the front desk agents told me to go to the hotel next door to request quarters. I will never visit this property again and I will not recomend anyone to stay at this hotel. Upgrade/renovate the hotel or shut down.

It was bad, the elevator wasn't working, and my room was in the 4th floor. To make it worst after getting my stuff in the 4th floor, i had to go back downstairs for a key change because my key wasn't working. They charged me the deposits twice, and I am still waiting for them to get back on my account. It was the worst experience.

I love how im able to ship my packages at this hotel. This has brcome my now favorite place to stay when im traveling. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. My kids love it also.

This was my second time staying at this property in two years...the only thing this year that i didn't like was the breakfast...most mornings it wasn't enough for the guest who were there and it wasn't hot.

Walk the other way from this hotel
Got to the hotel around 8:30 pm, & given room 303. Room was hot when my daughter & I went in so turned air on but even @ 1:30 am it was still stifling and air conditioner was what it seemed on ceiling with what looked like chicken coop wire over it which it was ungodly loud. Went down to front desk and asked to be moved. The night attendant seemed irritated he had to move and do something but moved my room to 322, went up and grabbed stuff from the room to move and when we opened it up it was dirty and a total mess & obviously has not been cleaned. When I went down again the guy now seemed mad at me for coming back to front desk. He said well I have to move you now to a suite, I said I just want a room with air that works. Put me in room 326 now. The floor where the air was running next to the window we are guessing was leaking or some was & it smelled in the room. Daughter and I said let’s suck it up for the night because we were exhausted from moving her stuff into her dorm for college. Next morning we were up early and back at the college around 7:30 am, we did not get back to hotel until around 8 pm that night. When we opened up the door the smell was worse and water now all the way past king size bed and rug was totally drenched. Went back to front desk and complained and moved back into another small room. Air worked so one night was decent. Breakfast looked decent also but we were on the go so usually took a banana & a yogurt. Each room was not clean by any means also
