It is a condominium that has rental units. The decor is dated and overall is not well maintained. The front desk staff was very attentive. They offer a day pass and it gets really crowded.

The location is great. The tiki bar was one of my favorites. But there was a couple of times the staff was not very attentive. I watched as 3 or 4 tables that arrived after me were served. But for the most parts it was good. The food was good nothing out of the ordinary to speak of. The room was not that great. Wit electrical tape holding the shower handle on and the return air vent in the bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned. The skidding door to the balcony had be broken into at some point and the lock was not operating at all. The door to the room even was all messed up. It seemed to look ok though.

When booking make note oceanfront and ocean view are different according to the manager. If booked with Expedia you will get a lesser view .. The manager wasn’t as accommodating as our previous trip with having an amazing room for a great price. Hotel is great however all around.

Inconsistent Rooms
Ocean Manor is inconsistent in the rooms. There are no standards. The room had worn out flooring, bedding, and plumbing. Checkin moved at a snails pace. Very slow and tedious.

it is an older hotel, with old doors and windows, missing lights, the sink was being held up by pieces of wood, the staff and maintenances crew were very nice, the furniture was nice, though different from room to room.

My room was freezing and could not adjust the temp
My room was as cold as an igloo. The thermostat didn’t change anything, even though I put the temperature higher. I asked at the front desk and was told that you can’t adjust the temperature. He said for the building, either the air conditioner is on, or off. it made it unbearable at night time. They did give me another blanket, but that did not solve the problem.

Hallways stunk of marijuana seeping in to my room, complained to the front desk, and they said nothing can be done. Halways are slimy look like they are back in the 80s

Property did not offer balcony as listed on Expedia. Room was terrible. Staff was rude and called me a liar. The only good thing about this place is the Tiki Bar & Beach.

the curtains didn't close properly the balcony was dirty the floor wasn't cleaned every day breakfast was not included like in most the hotels that I know. It was extremely noisy outside the room/ I had to pay for a service that I didn't use ( towels for the swimming pool and beach)

Poor clean and place totally no safety for kids
Terrible place, bad smell of marijuana in the hallways. It is not a family place. It is of the lowest category.

The location, staff and food options were amazing. However the plumbing never once worked in our room, even after maintenance "fixed it". Leaving us to go all the way to lobby to use restroom.
