Primo location! Room was directly on the boardwalk. Far enough from local bars to be quiet. Cleanliness could be stepped up a bit. Called 2X then went to office for clean towels. Finally located housekeeping. Keys were deactivated prior to checkout. Went to office 2X to get into room to retrieve my luggage. 1st time, key was still not active. Still, a great location.

Rude front desk, flooding to the entrance, no assistance or concern from staff. Arrived early off of a cruise - explained my situation asked if we could store our luggage until check in time- would not assist or accommodate. Very dated, went next door and stayed at the Marriott. The Marriott is an amazing property! Highly recommend!

Very unsafe location. Be prepared for drug dealers hanging out outside your doors , screams and fights going on until 4am . Breakfast is an embarrassment, 2 stale bagels and cereal that’s all you get to choose from, food handles very unsanitary too. Never stay again

What is a bait & switch Not the rooms we viewed online! Didn’t even end up in the same hotel name ended up in the Neptune. Apparently owned by the same people after he put us in the room he came back and said oh you were supposed to have a dinette, showed me a different room. There was one queen bed, and a couch that I guess my 90 year old mother was supposed to sleep on so we had to say no. It looks like her door had been kicked out before because we could not deadbolt it from the inside. There was a 1 inch gap you could see outside. The one window with a view was so salt ridden that you could hardly see through it. The bathroom sink was disconnected from the wall and there was about a 1 1/2 inch gap. The blind was smaller than the bathroom window so you can come in and get a good luck while you were on the toilet from outside. The only good thing about it was the one minute walk to the beach. I have pictures if you want to see them.

My husbands watch was left behind. We called immediately and the watch pinged at that location. It was difficult to get a hold of house keeping and an answer as to where the watch was. I called everyday it wasn't until 3 days later the front desk said NO they didn't find it. It pinged and still pings there.

My room was supposed to have an partial ocean view, that was nonexistent. The parking is hit or miss, they give you a map with numbers not building names. Good luck finding your place. The office is always a nightmare, be prepared to wait no matter what time you go. I could say more but I will stop here.

Not worth the money or head ache close to beach Yes that’s the only plus. No dishes in room called said had to request so I did they said they were bringing them they never did therefore paying for kitchen was useless. Make sure you bring $ on a card for dep ( I can not put any specific pricing on here)and be prepared to pay parking and a service fee. If you decide to extend your stay you will repay service fee if you book online. It is nice to know this before booking for budgeting and That is why I’m writing this for others to know. They do not care in the least about service but $ is their focus. Also you will check in at a different building something to note fortunately our taxi driver was patient. Then you will go a few blocks to your room the pool is in a different building which with all the hassle we simply didn’t use. The breakfast is fruit cereal toast juice nothing worth rushing to get there between 8-9 which is also another building. If you have mobility issues the stairs are very inclined. If the beach being close is your only concern definitely book. If you want what you pay for do yourself a favor and save yourself the head ache.
