I was only able to get one local channel on the tv. I called the receptionist to have someone look at the tv and no one came. There must have been a problem with cable tv.

Our stay overall was pleasant enough but for the most uncomfortable mattress we have ever slept on- we both will need chiropractor visits! Pool should have a hot tub, shower controls right under shower head so you will get wet turning the shower on.

Just what I expected.!
As soon as I got to the hotel the receptionist was super welcoming and gave me a delightful cookie. Then I went to the room to leave the luggage and noticed the extremely loud music from the next door room. As I left the room I got a text from the hotel asking me about the room and told him about the noise situation. A couple hours later I got back and since that my time was amazing with no problems at all. I’m super happy with all.

The hotel was excellent! After Expedia did not send our reservation to the hotel, the night manager Jay helped us with our booking. The other front desk associate provided us with the Expedia help number (which is not so easy to find) so that we could get our reservation corrected. The staff at this hotel is great!

Facility has been updated since our last stay and looks much nicer. Parking is limited in the evenings due to the attached bar Shoeless Joes. We found additional parking in the back that was convenient and should be emphasized at checkin. Mattress was too soft.

I would have given this property an excellent rating if it hadn’t been for the poor television. I was looking forward to watching news & some shows while I was in my room particularly in the evenings. The television reception was awful. Often the screen would go black or it was fuzz. It was very frustrating but after 3 attempts to fix the problem they couldn’t. Apparently they had just switched companies or services.
