It was good and decent. Pet friendly and the service from the gentleman over night was very fair. That morning the Lady at the desk was rude and unreasonably rude. She demanded more money claiming that it was required do to late checkl out

This property refused me service even though I've stayed before. I let them know I had 3 cats but it would be no problem letting one of them stay with a family member so the other 2 stay free but since I told them I have 3 they wanted to charge me regardless a pet fee. (2 stay free). I asked to see the policy and they said they didn't have to show me anything and referred me to the website. I looked it up and found it and there was nothing about "if you let them know, you have to pay" so I asked again how it would make sense at all to pay for the cat that wouldn't stay anyway, and they told me to leave and that it didn't matter since I wouldn't be staying there. they were extremely rude and disgusting and not willing to work something out even after I tried to figure something out. Then someone else who has attended me prior told the person who was attending me why not and they were very nice and willing to help but the person attending me was clearly not willing to work something out. She was money hungry.

There were roaches in my room. The elevator did not work so I had to carry my stuff up two flights of stairs which he did not tell me before when I was checking in so I can request a downstairs room. The back door didn't work so I had to walk all the way around to get to my room and the guy was rude at the front desk overnight

The neighborhood is questionable a lot of homeless, the staff is not very friendly from checking in to the one checking out , saw two roaches in the bathroom. Never again will I stay there. But the rooms are updated

I requested early check in but the lady at the desk was extremely rude and would not even allow us to pay early check in fee so we had to wait until 3pm when we left at 6pm there was no microwave in the room it's a dirty location HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

This place has a lot of homeless or unsavory people in and out of the building. Streetwalkers along the parking lots. The property encompasses like three or four apartment buildings and there's homeless people all over. It's very unsafe it's very nasty
