My room was nice and clean. The problem I had was the barking. I was on the second floor, and I can hear dogs barking all around me. I'm not a dog person. I asked the attendant if there were rooms away from the dogs on my arrival. The front desk attendant said there was dogs on all the floors. That was disappointing. I was tired and didn't want to go through booking a room at another hotel. When my wife and I traveled, we stayed with WB a number of times and aways had a room away from dogs. My wife passed on December 26th. I was gone most of the day planning and setting up for her memorial service. Needless to say, I didn't get the rest I needed. Would I like to have a refund? Yes, I would. Even a partial one would help.

I was in town for my best friend's funeral. I chose this hotel specifically for the Website stating you had 24 hour service to the airport. At check in I reminded the clerk of that and he replied that I had to 'call 24 hours in advance'. When I made my reservation there was a 'special instruction' area where I stated I needed a transport to the airport. The clerk said that no one 'see's' that until the reservation is opened on check-in. I was without a car and over 50 miles from anyone I knew. I was extremely upset. I did get a call from the clerk stating he did find someone to transport me to the airport at 4 AM the next morning. Why would your site say 24 hour transport if that is NOT true? I was already upset. The room was disgusting. The floors in the bath area, inside the microwave, the toilet....I do have photos. There was no receipt under my door before I left so I am unsure what I actually paid. I have worked in housekeeping years ago but never have I seen such filth. I cleaned what I could with disinfectant wipes. So, you do NOT have 24 hour service to the airport and the room was really dirty. Fix your website. If you want/need photos, I have them. Room 109.

Hotel is older but fairly well updated and maintained. The onsite restaurant was really convenient after a long day of driving. Breakfast was above average for this level of hotel - we enjoyed the omelet station and good coffee. Staff were all friendly and accommodating.

This property is old and needs updating. Furniture and facility are very worn. Walls are thin. The breakfast included was bad. The food is unhealthy, although it was completely depleted by 9am. So much for "breakfast included" if you're not an early bird.
