Checked and all I wanted was a hot shower…No Hot water! Call the front desk and they told me they have to turn it on….WHAT? Also phone wasn't working. Said they were working on it. My son is at the hospital in ICU and had to get back to the hospital after being up all night. Got back to the hotel and asked to talk to a manager the girl told me there wasn’t any and she was the closest thing to a manager they had…WHAT? This room was not cheap and I was not happy!

All was great but the complementary breakfast. No many fresh options and they had biscuits but no gravy spoons but not forks the waffle maker was broken and so on… maybe we were just unlucky

The room was fine but missing some towels. We paid for the amenities which included breakfast for our family. The breakfast was awful, ran out of almost everything my family eats a half hour or more before closing when we arived - oatmeal, muffins, yogurt, waffles and was refused any items to restock as the attendant stated a truck of supplies does not come until Tuesday and we stayed Saturday night to Sunday. Why pay for this hotel without amenities.

Easy access & convenient but this property has seen better days. It’s getting a bit worn down in the rooms. We reported an issue with the water temp as we were scalded when taking a shower. The temp has a mind of its own - we didn’t touch the handle but it goes from warm to scalding without notice. Please make sure it’s checked out as it will burn a child.
