We were not impressed with this property, but not fully dissatisfied either. First, they do not provide daily housekeeping services, we stayed 3 nights, so that was not pleasing. Having a stack of used towels/washrags collect on your floor is not pleasing & having to go to the office daily for more washrags and towels and toilet paper for your room is also not great hospitality. Plus your trash collects in the room because it’s not being changed and the trash can is miniature. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was not there, we had to go to a different floor to use theirs every-time we needed ice. There was plenty of hot water for my husband, myself, and our 2 kids to shower which was good, but we did not have adequate water pressure, it was a low sprinkle. The corridors need a good pressure washing. & Unless there are minimal amount of guests, the breakfast room is way too small to accommodate the hotel. There aren’t enough tables and chairs, and you are forced to carry plates back to your room. When you have small children who can’t carry their own plates or cereal bowls, you won’t be able to make yourself any breakfast without making a 2nd trip down, one at a time, if you are parents, so one can supervise the kids while the other goes. You won’t be eating breakfast together as a family on this vacation, so we just decided to eat breakfast away from the hotel because it was way too much trouble and not how we wished to spend our family experience.

We enjoy staying here. It’s very convenient to shopping and restaurants. We were able to check in via email so check in was a breeze and so was checking out. The room was very clean and comfortable.

This a a very nice property. Clean, outside and inside, good customer service. I did not eat the breakfast as there was a Bojangles near by which is a favorite spot for breakfast.

First time staying here. Very pleased with the cleanliness. Friendly staff. Really enjoyed the free breakfast being available. Close to everything. Did encounter a bunch of stink bugs one night. Caught and threw out about 6 of them. Would definitely stay again.
