Convenient location. The staff was very nice. We liked being able to walk Gatlinburg and not have to move our car. Our only complaint is the water pressure in the shower was very minimal.... maybe update the tub/shower? However, loved the big lighted mirror! King sized bed was comfortable too.

Property was in close walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg. The staff was nothing but nice at check in and check out. Do keep in mind, due to being close to main area it can be a little noisy at night. This wasn't an issue to us but for traveling families looking to sleep, it may be. The room was clean and exacgtly what was expected. We stayed in the loft option with a fireplace and jetted tub. The staff called prior to check in to ask if we would like the fireplace running upon arrival, which we thought was a nice gesture.

Carpet needs cleaned, bottoms of socks were almost black after walking around room for an hour. Water pressure minimal and a lot of traffic outside of our room with it being next to the exterior elevator and ice machine. Convenient location however, within walking distance of attractions and restaurants.

The hotel was not bad. It was adequate for what we were going to. The only thing was that there was too much noise during the night, ambulances, police, garbage collection at 2am. In the rooms you could hear the conversations from the rooms next door. The breakfast was okay, but it needed more variety of food. The hotel is in an area where you don't have to pay for parking and walk around the town.
