Very unpleasant and terrible experience. When we arrived there at 7pm, no receptionist. Then, there's this short LADY (MANAGER), asked for my DL then she said THERE'S NO AVAILABLE ROOM. THERE IS ONE DOUBLE BED AND NOT YET CLEANED. THEN SHE STOOD UP, SAYING FIND A HOTEL SOMEWHERE ELSE AND I WILL REFUND YOUR MONEY.
I BOOKED AND FULLY PAID THE HOTEL A MONTH AGO FOR THIS HOLIDAY, ONE ROOM, TWO QUEEN BED WITH BALCONY AND OVERLOOKING MARINA. WE TRAVEL 4HRS FOR THIS HOLIDAY. AND SHE WILL JUST SAY, NO ROOM FOR US.
IT'S TOO LATE TO FIND A HOTEL FOR FAMILY OF 4, WITH TODDLER AND SCHOOL AGE. IT DIDN'T SINK IN TO ME YET, THEN MY HUSBAND DOESN'T WANT TO GIVE IN TO WHAT THAT LADY SAID.
HE LOOKED FOR THAT MANAGER, AND SHE WAS HIDING OUTSIDE THEIR KITCHEN AS PER HER STAFF.
VERY DISAPPOINTING AND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
FINALLY, SHE FOUND A ROOM FOR US AND WILL JUST PUT EXTRA DOUBLE MATTRESS IN THE FLOOR. HOWEVER, WHEN SHE OPENED THE DOOR, SOMEONE OCCUPIED THE ROOM. AFTER LONG TIME OF WAITING, SHE SAID ONE ROOM AVAILABLE BUT NEEDS TO BE CLEANSE.
WE WAITED FOR 2HRS IN THERE. FINALLY WE HAD A ROOM BUT NOT COMFORTABLE. AN OLD CURTAIN WITH LOTS OF HOLES, BUSTED HEADBOARD AND BATHROOM ROOM. BROKEN MICROWAVE. UNPLEASANT SMELL IN WARDROBE.
I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL TO ANYONE. VERY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
