The hotel was a great option for the price tag. It has had a few touch up/budget repairs here and there which didn't bother us. we chose this last minute (night before our stay) as we were extending our trip to gold coast by one night if was more feasible to stay here than pay an extra $600 for another night at seaworld resort. Overall not a bad experience. Recommend if you’re on a budget. Also nice and close to harbour town and the theme parks!

Their website clearly says check in til 9pm. On arrival, the extremely rude manager said that it was up until 8pm. She also spent 20 mins finding her way to the reception desk and pretended to look for a solution to her mistake. Despite me paying up front for two nights, she refused stay as she had given away our room. Later refused a refund. So, clearly a scammer for those booking under an agent. Absolutely should not be operational as a hotel. I’ve stayed in thousands of hotels all around the world, annd only booked here as my usual was booked out. I have NEVER experienced more unprofessional service. DO NOT BOOK OR STAY HERE EVER!

Very unpleasant and terrible experience. When we arrived there at 7pm, no receptionist. Then, there's this short LADY (MANAGER), asked for my DL then she said THERE'S NO AVAILABLE ROOM. THERE IS ONE DOUBLE BED AND NOT YET CLEANED. THEN SHE STOOD UP, SAYING FIND A HOTEL SOMEWHERE ELSE AND I WILL REFUND YOUR MONEY. I BOOKED AND FULLY PAID THE HOTEL A MONTH AGO FOR THIS HOLIDAY, ONE ROOM, TWO QUEEN BED WITH BALCONY AND OVERLOOKING MARINA. WE TRAVEL 4HRS FOR THIS HOLIDAY. AND SHE WILL JUST SAY, NO ROOM FOR US. IT'S TOO LATE TO FIND A HOTEL FOR FAMILY OF 4, WITH TODDLER AND SCHOOL AGE. IT DIDN'T SINK IN TO ME YET, THEN MY HUSBAND DOESN'T WANT TO GIVE IN TO WHAT THAT LADY SAID. HE LOOKED FOR THAT MANAGER, AND SHE WAS HIDING OUTSIDE THEIR KITCHEN AS PER HER STAFF. VERY DISAPPOINTING AND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. FINALLY, SHE FOUND A ROOM FOR US AND WILL JUST PUT EXTRA DOUBLE MATTRESS IN THE FLOOR. HOWEVER, WHEN SHE OPENED THE DOOR, SOMEONE OCCUPIED THE ROOM. AFTER LONG TIME OF WAITING, SHE SAID ONE ROOM AVAILABLE BUT NEEDS TO BE CLEANSE. WE WAITED FOR 2HRS IN THERE. FINALLY WE HAD A ROOM BUT NOT COMFORTABLE. AN OLD CURTAIN WITH LOTS OF HOLES, BUSTED HEADBOARD AND BATHROOM ROOM. BROKEN MICROWAVE. UNPLEASANT SMELL IN WARDROBE. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL TO ANYONE. VERY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

At first view the place seemed good. Easy to park, the views were lovely & the lobby seemed nice, but everything went down hill after that. I waited at reception for 45 mins to check in. I tried looking for staff, I tried calling the hotel, but got nothing. When I finally was served, they were rude & I was given a broken door key. I got up to my room, it wasn’t clean. The event I was there for was extended, so I went back downstairs to see if I could extend my stay. After another 20 min wait, they tried to charge me double the price advertised online. I reluctantly extended the booking because I had too & I checked 3 times with the staff member that my key would definitely work as I wouldn’t be returning till late & I didn’t want to have trouble when I got back. They promised it would be fine. I returned at 10:30pm and couldn’t get in my room. There were no staff anywhere, I tried calling the hotel number & kept getting hung up on. There were no emergency contact numbers, no cleaners, no staff. I was stuck in the lobby for approximately 3 hours with no way to contact anyone. 4 other guests even tried to come down to help me. I eventually received a txt saying they’d let me in with the master key. I finally got let into my room just after 1am but couldn’t leave my room at all cause if I did, I couldn’t get back in. I complained the next day & was told tough luck, there’s door issues, there’s nothing they could do. (3 other guests verified they had similar issues as me)

Room was a little tricky to get to but was spacious and clean; decent sized for a family of 4. Beds were comfortable and everyone had a good night's rest. Area was close to a great park for kids, groceries and theme parks. Would consider staying here again.

For a room that sleeps 4 it contained 1 glass 1 cup no cutlery or plates, yet it had a kettle and microwave. What did they think people were going to drink out off or eat off. The restaurant that was breakfast does not cater for different diets. The food in the baimarie was cold.
