hotel bonito café da manhã péssimo.
Razoavel, um hotel que se classifica em 4 estrela ter um café da manhã com paçoquinha!!!! sim isso mesmo paçoquinha, marshmallow confete, para mim isso é para encher o buffet que era muito fraco e poderão observar nas fotos que vou postar. pouca variedade e pouca quantidade, o café era até 10:30 fomos tomar café as 9:50 não tinha mais suco de laranja, alias dois tipos de suco, laranja e uva e agua. ai foi resposto o suco, mas uma miseria que eu fui pegar e não deu para tirar um copo pois ficava a baixo da saida da torneira. os alimentos quentes estavam frios falamos e o atendente disse que não adiantava colocar para esquentar que era melhor dar o prato para ele colocar no microondar, isso que faltava meia hora para acabar o horario do café ...café da manhã decepcionante, já fiquei em hoteis em gramado pagando uma diária de nem 300 reais com um café da manhã que vc não sabia o que escolher para comer de tanta variedade. e neste hotel paguei quase 800 reais a diaria. sem vedação de som, o quarto de cima arsastou uma cadeira e vc escuta em baixo, no café tem um show, vc escuta tudo do quarto, a lixeira do banheiro toda enferrujada, que tinha que cuidar para não pegar tetano, e não estou ejagerando olhe as fotos. o espaço do buffet do café e super pequeno. ai vc me pergunta se eu voltaria, é claro que não, tem hoteis mais baratos com qualidades melhores.

O hotel é lindo, tudo novinho! Pessoal super atencioso, sempre prontos para ajudar. Café da manhã é bom, apenas o layout do buffet poderia ser ajustado no formato “ilha” para evitar filas… e experiência foi muito boa.

Expectativa frustrada
Esperava uma super experiência em um hotel temático, porém minhas expectativas foram frustradas, nem um chocolate quente de boas vindas oferecem. Chegamos no hotel em torno de 21h uma demora bem bagunçada de início já no checkin, nos colocaram em quartos errados depois mudaram os quartos e tivemos que aguardar mais de 1 hora no saguão para organizarem as camas adicionais por que estávamos em 4 e só tinha cama arrumada para casal, tive que ir 2 vezes solicitar se já podíamos ir para o quarto. Entramos no quarto era quase 23h em um dia super frio. Quarto pequeno, ar condicionado estragado e camas muito ruins. Tivemos que colocar nosso filho junto com nós no colchão de casal por que o dele duríssimo. Café da manhã normal, sem nada de mais, inclusive com pão adormecido o checkout bem demorado e desorganizado. Hotel cobra taxa de estacionamento mesmo sendo estacionamento próprio deles, está nas regras da hospedagem mas eu não tinha lido, este erro foi meu de não prestar atenção na informação, apenas li que tinha a comodidade mas não a cobrança. Acredito ser um hotel com potencial mas ainda estão longe disso, já fiquei em hotéis que cobram bem menos tendo bem mais conforto e comodidades.
