O hotel era muito bom pelo custo beneficio, o café da manhã tipo colonial, com muita diversidade, único ponto a reclamar é isolamento acústico dos quartos, poderia ser melhor e o estacionamento é no pátio em frente ao hotel a ceu aberto!

Razoável. Solicitamos ao hotel.com para que o quarto não fosse em cima da cozinha, pois já ficamos no segundo andar na lateral da cozinha e o cheiro de gordura era muito forte e o barulho do pessoal gritando e descarregando carga dos caminhões na cozinha era horrível. Ao chegar no hotel nos informaram que a hotéis.com não repassaram a informação, mas foram solícitos e nos deram um outro quarto até com sacada, infelizmente ao entrar no quarto, nos deparamos com algumas coisas sujas, como: coberta, cortinas, frigobar, logo pedimos para irem limpar e limparam o que conseguiram (algumas partes da cortina ainda ficou). O café da manhã é bem variado, muitas opções, pena que algumas coisas não dá pra comer pois são duras, como: pão de queijo, pães, só dá pra comer se esquentar, pois muitas coisas ficam de um dia anterior para o outro, pois são coisas que servem no café colonial a tarde.

Já tinha me hospedado no hotel no período da pandemia e já tinha sido muito bom, por isso retornei e mais uma vez foi maravilhoso. Tudo limpinho, novo. A água da piscina é bem quentinha e o café é maravilhoso

Gosto do hotel, porém o acesso é perigossíssimo.Além do alto nevoeiro não há condições do carro esperar na estrada para entrar no hotel.Não tem acostamento de quem vem da cidade para o hotel.E hoje ao sair com o alto nevoeiro ficou mais difícil de acessar a estrada.

Mais um avez nossa estadia foi muito boa, pena que tinham alguns hóspedes que fizeram muito barulho nos corredores dos quartos, inclusive crianças gritando e chorando, deixo como sugestão que separem alguns andares do hotel pra colocar famílias com crianças
