Hotel in the heart of Granada
fantastic boutique hotel in centre of Granada but with parking too which is unusual! Really helpful staff made us feel very welcome, room fabulous and a great breakfast too- I will stay again for sure

Gorgeous little hotel; the only issue was reaching it according to Waze. Waze took me on a route that proved to be a catastrophic trauma-inducing experience. Granted, is not the fault of the hotel, but beware of finding the best way to get there if you drive yourself. The staff at the hotel was nice and allowed me to park my car in front for the day I was there, something that I truly appreciate considering how hard it was to reach our accommodation.

Just an all round excellent stay. We were very lucky to be upgraded to a superior room. Parking was convenient and easy. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and had a lovely ambience. Great location, easy walks to city centre and major landmarks. Great customer service by hotel staff.

The staff was out of this world. When I booked (which was about a month and half out, they send me a message with option to book the Alhambra through them. When it turned out that it was sold out (especially the Nasrid Palaces) they found an alternate option for me, which turned out to be a great tour. They also took great care of me (a female solo traveler) when I was there, letting me check in early, providing an upgrade, arranging a tablao zambra flamenco visit, etc. etc. The breakfast was so fresh and a great selection. The room was spotless and super comfy, and amazingly quiet and peaceful considering how central it is. I could go on. A full five stars and then some!

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally nice and welcoming. The hotel is in the middle of the city center with easy access to sights, shopping and restaurants. The hotel has a lot of character. Breakfast was delightful, with a nice variety of items. Our only challenge was having a Volvo SUV to park. A parking garage was recommended which was nearby; however it was very small. We parked in a space next to a wall and both had to exit via the passengers side. As we went to leave two days later, my partner had to crawl in from the back of our SUV as the car parked next to us, which came in after us, literally blocked the access to our passenger side door. Given this, I likely would not stay here again if I was traveling by car, but wouldn’t hesitate to stay here otherwise. Our thanks to the staff for a great visit!
