Our room was clean, but the hallway felt dirty, the carpet was stained black in spots. The room was outdares and the layout was cramped. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, but we found the continental breakfast a little disappointing. Also, all of tje vending machines were eitjer empty or out-of-order. Overall, it was a fair accommodation for a decent price.

Terribly dirty , drunks and junkies and the night man John was a total weirdo. I was nervous walking on the carpet without shoes. I am in a touring rock band and travel religiously and am not picky as we like cheap. This place was over 100 a room and not worth 65

We booked 2 rooms and wasn't warned the elevators were down and one of our family members cannot walk up stairs. This was a non refundable room. Very unfair we were unable to stay and had to find another hotel.

Bathroom above leaks into the unit below. Property knows this and still rents the unit. Mold in the ceiling - Drywall is clearly damaged and has been for some time

The receptionist was awesome and helped us get a 1st floor room since elevator was broken. Bed was great. Cold water ran continuously so we closed the valve since maintenance couldn’t fix til next morning. Hot water ran black at sink for several min. Shower ok. Breakfast was minimal- cereal, yogurt, (no spoons), waffles, muffins. Won’t stay here again.

The carpets were reaily dirty. there was a lot of places were the walls were ripped apart. The elavater didn't work. we had to down grade out room and was not compencated for it. For the price we payed it was really dissapointing.

Reserved 2 rooms of same description and price. Both had microwave as listed, however one microwave wasn't usable because it didn't have the glass piece. I asked front desk and was told that was because some rooms didn't offer microwave. Tried to explain I reserved both rooms of same amenities, but just was told the same excuse. Hotel description says pet friendly, but doesn't say what type so i called to see if 1 cat that is declawed, neutered and toilet trained is allowed. The next day upon checking in, now told cat's are not allowed. After a moment just said ok to my cat and would have to pay the fees, which is fine because I expected to based on being told my cat was welcome. My room was ok, nothing special. My sons room smelled awful and had to get cleaning products to clean AC filter to get rid of smell. There was no smoke alarm, just wires, and had musty cigarette smell or Marijuana smell. After reporting it to front desk, nothing was fixed, and didn't change rooms. I'm okay with being pet friendly, however when the room across from me had 2 dogs that barked if someone walked passed the door in the Hallway, if I opened my door, or any door for that matter. Contacted front 3 times and nothing was done. My cat made no noise, or bothered anyone's stay, nobody called complaining about my cat. So maybe charge animal fees accordingly. Overall cleanliness was not great. Trash bins left in hall, a Q-tip on floor in hall was there the entire 7 days.
