The overall stay was nice. Hotel was really clean. The carpet in the hallway need to be updated and the 2nd elevator needs repair. But overall the stay was nice. Convenient to the highway!

First they gave me a room where someone was already there, I walked to upstairs because elevator was not working, whenever they gave me my correct room the sink of bathroom was dirty, the second day my key room didn’t work and I needed to walk all the way down to get the key activated to open my room

The lobby is nice as is the breakfast. The rest is very bad. Elevator broken, rear elevator very rickety. Stairways feel like a prison. Walls worn, the room was comfortable but not super clean. Furnishings worn, odd smells, bathroom shower faucet and rod falling off, furniture beat up and no door over refrigerator cabinet. Crappy area next to a crowded bar. No parking and dangerous lot. Vines, weeds, wires. Clearly they want your money but only at a little inconvenience to themselves.

Classic old worn out airport hotel. If this is what Wyndham hotels are like i will never stay at any of them. I had to use a chair to add an extra lock on the door. The deadbolt was broken and the door was not secure.

Checked in very late, did online to save hassle but front desk said card needed for incidentals was declined for "over limit" and i still had to show card. Gave same one, it worked fine as expected because it wasnt anywhere close to being over the limit. The front desk gave me a hard time about wanting to run card again, they wanted me to call the bank instead. It was 12:40 am, we were exhaustsd and he was wasting my time. Room was pretty run down. This hotel is rated 3 star but thats misleading. The other 3 stars in area are nicer if you have the option. Didnt try the breakfast because I didn't want to risk illness

Thenpictues were deceiving, our room at least was not what we expected. Carpet was coming up, windows had gaps, unclean feeling. Staff were not rude, but unwelcoming.
