Most of the staff members weren't pleasant, mainly the breakfast serving staff. The two most pleasant members there were Samuela and Ms. Sharon. Additionally, there were always shortage of plates, tea cups or juice cups when entering for breakfast. Otherwise entertainment was okay, and most front desk and cleaning/maintenance crew was nice.

It was great however the bed was creaky and the light coming into the room from outside is not so welcoming. The area was great walking distance to many restaurants, bars and shopping centres.

Restful and enjoyable vacation
First visit to St Lucia and Bay Gardens made the trip well worth it! The buffet breakfast was out of this world with something different everyday during my 5 day stay. There is a shuttle service that takes you to the other properties so one can enjoy the amenities offered. The water park was enjoyable even for adults. Will be back again

Staff are wonderful the food is amazing the property needs a little upgrading the place is clean but because there is a bit of repair needed and updating it makes the place look dirty but it’s very clean I would recommend this place and I will return again and again I personally loved my stay! Being my first time at the resort on a night pass I enjoyed my experience it was also my birthday, only thing that I had access too yet didnt use was the pool & waterpark but for sure next time I most definitely will. I recommend this resort to anyone who's on vacation or staycation.

The place is quiet pleasant. The location easy, you can afford to walk or get transport any where close by. The staff quite welcoming and efficient. The cats should be removed my opinion, I know so others welcomed them. Saw them being cuddled and fed. It is organized with quiet areas or if you want to be in the limelight a very good thing. I fully recommend this facility

Hotel was decent. The rooms had good airconditioning. Room didn't have soft pillows, enough body wash, a knife to cut fruit, had ants, breakfast was poor (soggy scrambled eggs). But otherwise decent pool and bar areas.
