The staff was amazing! They went out of their way to help! I called a restaurant from the lobby and my Spanish was not going well, an employee offered to help and spoke to the restaurant for me. I love the Junior Suites and the floor to ceiling windows, with the beautiful view of the city. Location wise, several great restaurants right across the street.

I love this hotel, I stay at this hotel every 3 months for the past 2 years Keep returning because the hotel is beautiful and the staff is amazing Always helpful and friendly The location is perfect as well, great within walking distance to grab a bite to eat or even if you go to the most visited tourist areas. I have tried other hotels in the area and not as great as this hotel, this is why I will continue to keep coming to this hotel
