Our stay at The gualala country inn was amazing. The manager was welcoming and so kind. She provided us with a list of restaurants she had personally tried, with phone numbers and distance of locations. The pictures really do not do this place justice, everything was 10/10. We were told they are remodeling a few things and can’t wait to come back and see how much better they make it! I can’t recommend this place enough!

We enjoyed our stay at this Inn! It was very conveniently located and the ocean view was amazing. The mattress are a little springy and the bathrooms could use an upgrade, but for the price at an oceanside inn, it is a great find!

Good for a stop over
Great location, though right on the road, the Gualala Country Inn is a modest place to stay. The check in and welcome by staff was excellent, down to the complimentary bottled water - though a water dispenser for our bottles would have been a better option. The Inn could use some upgrades - especially mattresses. Our mattress was way too soft and old feeling. Towels are thin. The cafe table in the room was nice, but chairs were metal and hard. Something more comfortable and inviting would have been great. Also, the cable to TV was not working (we were informed).

This was truly a unique visit to a lovely part of our country. The people were terrific and very friendly and the food was off the chain. Our view of the Ocean was spectacular and the cost was very affordable.

The staff was friendly, allowed early check in at no additional cost. Property was close to dining options and store -there are only a few options in this small cozy town. My only recommendation would be better matresses. These were firm and uncomfortable -even the teens were sore in the morning. Other than that great place!
