It was an okay place to stay. The pools were nice, the inside when you walk in was nicely decorated for Christmas. No room service or food around. Rooms were dirty and no hot water. Which is typical for PR.

Rough Experience
We first got there, the receptionist was sitting down. Then once we got to our room. The fridge was warm, the phones didn't work and the drawers wouldn't close, and the room had a musty smell. The Wi-Fi also didn't work. We then spoke to the receptionist and she told us that the fridge didn't work in any room and we should get ice from the machine and put it in a bucket to keep something cold. We also complained about the phones and she mentioned that the phones didn't work in any room. We finally got moved to a room 2 floors down that was better then the first and latest the Wi-Fi worked. The breakfast was instant and frozen food so we went out to a place to buy food. Then the pool was actually enjoyable and we enjoyed it. The only thing that did catch our attention was that a cockroach was dead a the end of the pool when you walk out, and when we came back the next day it was still there meaning they did not clean. Overall not a great stay and I wouldn't recommend staying here.
