The room felt like a refurbished hospital room or penitentiary. There were a few broken or impractical bits. Late checkout wasn’t possible because it was fully booked and luggage storage was 2 euros cash only. Not the ideal last impression

The hotel is located at the periphery of Hamburg BH , with fair amount of homeless population. Returning from the Station, to alleviate anyvsafety concerns, one must choose to walk along the main roads, rather than the smaller roads directly to the Ibis Hotels.

Udmærket hotel meget tæt på hovedbanegården og centrum. Værelset var pænt og rent. Puderne var dog noget flade og madrassen var lidt bulet, men ikke noget der ikke var til at holde ud.

Die Nähe der U-Bahn Station fand ich Mega. Waschbecken in einem Zimmer, habe ich noch nie gesehen, WC und Duschkabine merkwürdig. 750 EURO für 5 Tage finde ich zu teuer. Frühstück, etwas bedürftig, zweite Morgen Kaffeemaschine kaputt. Mit viel Glück bekommt man Croissants. Aber Personal Mega freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nachhaltigkeit Mega Sache, keine Reinigung der Zimmer - ein Getränk gratis!! Finde ich gut. Ich war nicht Top zufrieden, werde aber jeder Zeit wieder hin gehen! Vielen herzlichen Dank

God og central placering
Virkelig en god oplevelse med super sød service fra personalet. Værelset var perfekt og havde alt vi havende brug for. Dejligt nemt (og billigt) med parkering under hotellet og med mulighed for at bilen kunne stå der selv efter vi havde tjekket ud.

Es war sehr sauber und das Personal am Empfang war überaus freundlich. Die Lage ist top. Zu Fuß ist nahezu alles erreichbar. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist das Frühstück. Die Auswahl ist wirklich stark limitiert und das Nachfüllen, auch von Besteck, lief etwas schleppend. Dennoch konnte man recht angenehm frühstücken.

Alles wunderbar!
Man bucht zwar Ibis "Budget" aber bekommt im Endeffekt nur ein einfacheres Ibis Hotel, hat aber trotzdem qualitative Betten und Sanitäranlagen, und alles was man braucht. Weitere Infos liegen im Zimmer aus und die Rezeption ist zu ihren Besetztzeiten sehr freundlich. Buche die Kette generell gerne, weil Preis-Leistung stimmt und die Lage ist zum Feiern in Hamburg und schnellem Sprint zum Hbf echt top.
