After calling 2x to verify that we would be checking in after midnight due to our late flight, we arrived at the hotel, only to find very loud dance music coming from the club on premise. We were told it would be no problem for us. We walk down to our room, on the first floor, which was directly ACROSS from the source of music, & looked directly out onto their patio restaurant area filled with lights. With curtains closed, a ton of light was visible- like the beach at noon. We go back to the front desk to ask nicely for a new room, & are told- Nope, Sorry. We are full. So it was "lovely" that they had saved the worst room for us- Room 123. Bonus- the bed in the room was like sleeping on a concrete slab. The next day, in our room getting ready for a memorial service, there are 8 young boys sitting directly outside our window- as in I could have opened the window to pass them the lunch they were clearly waiting on. After seeing me, they started knocking on our window. Repeatedly. Because of course, why not, when you see people in a bedroom that is on the perimeter of the restaurant seating area. Back to the front desk, and we are told- Oh yes, everyone complains about that room! The fact that they were aware of it & gave us this room anyway? Mindboggling & terrible service REALLY?! Why not turn it into a meeting space then? Moved to the 5th floor- where for 2 hrs that night guests proceeded to yell and slam doors from 12 to 2 am. Stay away if you enjoy sleeping!

What a terrible hotel! It’s grossly dirty everywhere. The main lobbies were so dirty and likely hadn’t been vacuumed in months. Our bathroom was just disgusting with stains all over the wall. Our filthy window overlooked the roof with the ducts and air units. The bar in the hotel played loud bass music until 1am so we could not sleep. There are no water filling stations and the ice machines didn’t work. The shower head sprayed straight out so it’s nearly impossible to wash one’s hair without getting sprayed in the eyes. Because of the spray, the water ran out of the shower doors creating a HUGE pool of water on the bathroom floor. We used all of our towels to clean it up and when we requested more towels, they didn’t arrive until hours and hours later. The complimentary breakfast was just gross and the coffee should be illegal because of its awful taste. For $300 per night, I definitely expect cleanliness. We will never stay here again. When I tried to book a room for this wedding, the online booking wouldn’t allow me to use the discount code. So I called the hotel several times and got no answer ever. I left 4 messages with different departments: reservations, weddings, front desk, and general manager. Not one person ever returned my calls. So I booked through Expedia instead. What an awful place!

Adorable hotel on the water and across the street from some great little shops and restaurants. Spacious and clean rooms, great sized bathroom and comfortable bed. I would definitely stay again!

We were travelling with another couple, and the hotel did not have a room for them despite their reservation. The hotel staff never once apologized, just said that they were in an oversold situation. When they found them another room about 20 minutes away, they assumed we would drive them there. Our own room was in the lowest level, and quite dank. The bathroom smelled like cigarettes. When the blackout shade was lowered, it would not go back up.
