There were bug all over the room I said something to the front desk and they did nothing to solve the problem.

Nice convenient location. Physical plant needs updating - painting. Staff is very cordial and friendly. Our stay was disturbed by unsupervised children who ran through the hallways, screamed and yelled and played in the elevators. Highly disruptive! Occurred all weekend.

Nice, secluded area. Quiet. Rooms were made up well but dirty. A/C-heater unit was disgustingly filthy. Had to wash out the vents in the tub. So much debris, it clogged the drain. Stain on the carpet looked like you-know-what. It may have been chocolate since I'm in Hershey-but I wasn't taking the risk of confirming. Nice place otherwise. Just need to drastically improve tje cleaning process.

Rundown and dirty.
Room layout was nice, however the room was rundown and dirty. Candy found on the floor/under the beds. Shower bathroom dirty, used bandages in bathtub. Stains on the sheets and walls. Possibly lotion…. Room was dusty and smelled of mildew/mold.

The side door for the property is not locked. Overall area appears safe but this should still be locked. The continental breakfast was good. Rooms in great condition

Would definitely book again.
Nice hotel, the bathroom needs work but not terrible. The staff was so friendly and kind. Breakfast was great. Quiet area and close to Hershey park and plenty of places to eat.

Quiet and clean
The hotel was set back in which was nice and quiet considering it was near a busy highway. Breakfast was great, lots of choices. Staff were helpful and kind. Would stay here again. Loved feeding the ducks.

Open room door , started to walk in room and there was a man and women in bed. How I this day an age are there room mix ups. I was with my two daughters. This was a disturbing incident. If I could have gotten a room in another hotel I would have. There was an event in the area and every hotel was booked. I’ll never stay a Comfort Inn again.

Only complaint was 1 elevator was out of service and there were tons of women in town for a conference. Very clean, pleasant staff, great breakfast!
