Room was very nice. Breakfast was very good. I accidentally left my I pad in room. A lady called me a while after I checked out to let me know. They mailed it to me. I appreciated it very very much. We had stayed there before this and will again.

Overall I would stay again, the sink in the bathroom was if it has air in the line. There wasn’t a steady stream just spuratic sprays of water. House keeping started knocking at 9:30 which check out was 11am.

What hotel runs out of towels??
Asked 3 times for towels, never received any! The room smelled horrible! The girl at the front desk was more worried about her eye lashes than helping me.

Pull out sofa was broken and dirty, 3 towels for 8 person suite, no hand soap the entire 2 night stay. I went to the front desk for all of these issues and got no where. The general manager didn’t even want to help until the second night. Absolutely horrible experience and will not stay here again.

Could hear cell phones ring in next room and when upstairs took a shower the noise from our plumbing was loud enough we had to turn up the TV. Grounds outside were covered in trash. Fortunately the bed was good as was breakfast.

We came here because of what happened in Prestonsburg on our original reservation. I am still waiting to hear back about our refund. Not only did we pay up front they charge me for "upgrades" when we immediately checked out. I messaged and asked what that was for and dis not get a response. Can someone please respond.

Just awful
Worst hotel I’ve stayed in in years! Smells musty and like weed. Bathroom floor was like walking on a brick sidewalk. Cracked tile and uneven. Only good thing was the shower head. Stay at the Hampton Inn instead!
