Great location, good morning breakfast. Rooms are dated, there was a yellow stain on the bedsheet, can hear noise from people walking and talking in the corridor.

The rooms could be a little bigger and it was too far too walk to the town. But overall our stay was exceptional! We come to Helen every year before Christmas and this was our first time staying here. One of the nicer places around for sure. Staff was very nice & helpful. They even gave my kids Christmas goody bags! Breakfast was just OKAY. Pool was warm & clean. Rooms were clean along with everywhere else in the building we seen. Parking was easy. We had everything we needed in the room from microwave, fridge, ironing board, coffee maker (teas, coffees,cups) , shampoo, conditioner, soap etc;. View of the lights from our room was pretty. Would stay here again. 8/10.

This was our first trip to Helen Georgia. The property was close to downtown Helen Georgia and all the local attractions. The staff was kind. The rooms were nice and the breakfast was great. This is our second time to stay in a Country Inn and Suites.

A digital clock would be helpful
The room, hallways and lobby were comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The lack of a clock in the room was inconvenient, as were the limited outlets, especially at the nightstand.

Tired and Used Hotel
Hotel needs a facelift, very tired and worn from carpeting to the walls. Stayed three nights and never saw a vacuum taken to the entrance stairs and main floor in entrance swept. Had to ask for more towels and filling of soap dispenser in shower twice. Noticed staff socializing many times in groups and wondered are they on work time. Room however was quiet at night and bed comfortable.

Property was well located - close enough to the main activities downtown, but far away enough to be quiet. Facilities were fine, rooms were clean. Looks like they are in the middle of painting hallways. Breakfast was what you'd expect for a free breakfast - nothing great. Staff was friendly. Would stay there again.
