Zufrieden
im laufe der Jahre hat die Qualität des Hauses nachgelassen. Es geht bei den Hauslatschen los, bei Sekt und Kaviar weiter und den Laptop auf dem Zimmer gibt es auch nicht mehr ( ist wohl dem Diebstahl geschuldet ) aber mit der App war nicht viel anzufangen ,die Infos waren sehr spärlich. Das Haus selber,die Lage ,das Personal,die Sauberkeit,die Qualität der Speisen sind ausgezeichnet und entsprechen dem Ruf Ihres Hauses , ich werde Ihnen auch weiterhin treu bleiben.

Tolles Strandhotel
Ein schön gelegenes Hotel direkt am breiten Strand von Bansin. Das Hotel befindet sich am ruhigeren Ende der Stadt und ich habe dies sehr genossen. Die mitarbeitenden im Hotel waren ausgesprochen freundlich und dies auch in einer sicherlich nicht einfachen Coronabedingten Zeit, kurz bevor die Insel „geräumt“ wurde. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, einziger Wermutstropfen für mich war ein für ein Hotel dieser Qualität relativ überschaubarer Saunabereich.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, reibungsloser Check-in mit Begrüßungsgetränk, wundervolles Zimmer, sauber und gemütlich. Wellnessbereich genial, Pool mit Blick aufs Meer. Alles sauber und zweckmäßig. Rundherum zufrieden. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Beim Frühstück im Restaurant werden auch Eierspeisen etc. auf Wunsch zubereitet. Sehr lecker, jedoch funktioniert die Abluft nicht gut, so dass der ganze Raum unangenehm nach Gebratenem riecht.

Gemütliches Hotel an der Promenade
Das aus drei miteinander verbundenen Gebäuden bestehende, innen hübsch gestaltete Hotel liegt an der Strandpromenade, die am Wald beginnt. Die liebevolle Führung durch die Direktorin Frau Böse ist nicht nur am Pflegezustand des Hotels sondern auch, was uns positiv auffiel, an der wohl auch für die Angestellten angenehmen Atmosphäre zu erkennen. Wir haben uns während unseres kurzen Aufenthalts über Silvester dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Essen war sehr gut. Als einziger Nachteil erschien uns der baulich bedingte Umstand, dass wir von unserem Zimmer zum Wellnessbereich nur durch die Hotelhalle gelangen konnten.

Erholung pur an der Ostsee
Ein ruhig und direkt an der Ostsee gelegenes Hotel! Wer früh genug aufsteht, kann im Sommer das hervorragende Frühstücksbuffet auf der kleinen Terrasse mit wunderbarer Sicht aufs Meer genießen. Am Strand ist man in drei Minuten. Zahlreiche Restaurants sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Vor dem Hotel beginnt Europas längste Strandpromenade, die über Heringsdorf und Ahlbeck bis nach Swinemünde in Polen führt. Vom etwas zu warmen, hauseigenen Hallenbad blickt man ebenfalls schön aufs Meer. Für die Benutzung des Wellness-Bereichs war während unserer Ferienwoche das Wetter zu schön. Wir waren lieber draußen. Man sagt, nirgendwo scheine in Deutschland die Sonne so häufig wie auf Usedom.

Perfekter Kurztrip!
Kurzentschlossen an die Ostsee, die Kinder bleiben zu Haus! Einfach abschalten im Wellness-Bereich... Das Hotel hat in allem unsere Erwartung erfüllt, der Wellnessbereich ist schön und weitläufig. Badende Kinder stören nicht beim relaxen. Apropos Kinder: Unsere Kleine war nicht mit, hätte hier aber viel Spaß gehabt. Das Hotel bietet viel für kleine Kinder, die Treppe am Empfangstresen sagt viel über die Ausrichtung für kleine Gäste aus. Das Personal ist sehr nett und geschult. Das Abendbüffett und Frühstück sehr lecker und umfangreich in der Auswahl! Wir kommen auch mit Kindern wieder!

3 Tage Auszeit im November - dafür genau richtig
Freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen im Service (Empfang, Frühstück, SPA). Mein Wunsch nach Zimmer im Schwimmbad-Flügel wurde erfüllt. Ich reiste an mit der Vorstellung: ausruhen, täglich schwimmen, evtl. saunieren, gut frühstücken, viel frische Luft tanken, in Ruhe und mit Muße lesen. Für einen Novemberaufenthalt eine gute Adresse, da viel Ruhe bei wenig(er) Gästen gegeben. Das setzte sich - für mich als Schwimmerin sehr angenehm - im doch eher weniger frequentierten Schwimmbecken fort. Die Möblierung im Restaurant ist für meinen Geschmack ein wenig preiswert ausgefallen. Die Qualität des Frühstücks-Speise-Angebots könnte man sicherlich verbessern (z.B. höherwertigeren Käse als Scheiben von Edamer, Gouda, Tilsiter und Stücke von Billigweichkäse; z.B. eine höherwertigere Müslisorte).

Sehr schönes Wellnesshotel am Meer
Die Ostsee im Herbst - ein Ort der Ruhe und Entspannung. Besonders in diesem wirklich wunderschönen und gut organisierten Hotel. Angenehme Wellnessbehandlungen in großem Spa-Bereich mit direktem Blick aufs Meer, tolles Essen (Buffet) und angenehmer Service. Alles perfekt!

Das Hotel liegt erstklassig und ist sehr schön ausgestattet. Von der Penthouse-Suite aus hat man einen gigantischen Blick. Alles entspricht den Erwartungen an ein 4-Sterne-Haus. Das Personal, speziell im Organisationsbereich des Empfangs ist jedoch nicht entsprechend qualifiziert. Einfache Fehlorganisationen, die sich leicht vermeiden ließen: z.B.Terminierung eines Candlelight-Dinners zur Hauptbelastungszeit des Restaurants ( liebevoll gedeckter Tisch, flankiert von Familien mit kreischenden Kleinkindern,...), äußerst mühselige Bearbeitung von Extraservice, den ich in einem 4-Sterne-Haus selbstverständlich erwarte. Insgesamt ist es sehr schade, daß unser Urlaub in diesem schönen Ambiente von Ärger, der durchaus mit etwas qualifiziertem Personal vermeidbar gewesen wäre, überschattet war.
