A cute property right in the Heart of Hyannis. Walk to everything! Rooms were very clean and comfortable. We will absolutely stay there again when we are in the area.

Great place
Check in was easy, parking was good. Room was spacious. Perfect location for what we wanted to visit and see. Main St in Hyannis is a great spot with shops and restaurants, and Hyannis Inn was right in the middle of it all.

They have done an excellent job of updating an old motor lodge. Our room was clean, the bed comfortable and it was relatively quiet, even though it’s located right in the heart of town. The pool area is especially comfortable and it’s open late. Blackout curtains would be a major improvement, especially in rooms with ceiling lights right outside.

extremely disappointed.
When I checked in the desk attendant asked if I was alone. I told him no my wife was in the car. He said that that might be a problem as you have a "petite" room. I told him I never heard of such a thing. It was the smallest hotel room I have ever been in. A bed that we could not fit into comfortably. A tub that only a small child could fit in. Now lets talk security. The door had two locks. A deadbolt and a regular knob lock. The two keys they gave me, yes they still use keys, nether one worked the deadbolt so we couldn't secure the door properly when we went out. When I brought that up to the manager his response was ""we don't use the deadbolts". The picture on the web site are not a true reflection of the room. I would highly recommend avoiding this hotel.
