従業員の方々は親切丁寧で好印象でした。今回の宿泊者の年齢層が高かったせいもあり落ち着いた雰囲気でゆっくり過ごせました。 部屋の設備は少し古めで隣の生活音が聞こえて来ました。おそらく子供さんが横だとうるさ目になるのかなと思います。全体的には良いお宿でした。

設備が古く、リネンの洗濯が行き届いていない
<悪かった点> ・部屋内のトイレのウォシュレットが壊れており、温水が高熱だった。もう少し熱かったら火傷したのではないかと思う。 ・掛け布団のカバーに血がついていた。幸い、部屋内に別の掛け布団があったのでそれを使ったが気分が悪かった。 <良かった点> ・スタッフの接客が丁寧。 ・部屋は広く、眺めも良かった。 ・喫煙可能な部屋だが、タバコの匂いはしなかった。 ・駐車場が敷地内にあり、出入庫がしやすい。 ・ホテルから車で10分くらいのところにスーパーがあるので便利 ・朝食は満足できるものだった。

静かな宿
窓から猪苗代湖が見え、静かな宿です。食事もバイキングではないので足が悪い人等にも良いです。 落ち着くので５回以上お世話になってます。

大自然に囲まれて
家族で宿泊利用しました。従業員の方がとても丁寧に対応してくださり感謝しています。 喫煙部屋でしたがきれいで煙草臭さが全くなく快適でした。 食事も満足しています。特にご飯(お米)がおいしかったです。ただ、サーバーの故障でコーヒーが飲めなかったのは残念です。 あと、Wi-Fiが部屋に入ったらもっといいですね。 夜は温泉と卓球で家族大盛り上がりでした。楽しい家族旅行になりました。
