I’ve had the experience more than once of staying at a hotel being remodeled. Even knowing it before, it was shocking to see the balcony condemed sign taped on every door. Pool was also closed. I just felt the hotel did not offer anything extra to make up for the inconvinience. In other hotels where the pool was closed, there would be a small buffet, some boxed wine. Not worth the price per night.

Everything was as we expected except the balcony was not accessible. It was mentioned in the reservation but it was not that noticeable. We booked that room or hotel for the beach view balcony but it was a set back. Not saying it was their fault but it could have been highlighted more so that it catches our eye. Because the room type says balcony in bold but not this disclaimer.

It was OK
The rooms had a great view of the ocean with balcony, which they told us we could not use. It was clean and very spacious, but getting old and needs renovations. They charged for parking, although the parking lot was empty. It was not worth the high price.

Very nice front desk ladies. Greeted us each time we came into the hotel. Room was very nice as well. Very big and roomy. We could not use the balcony at all. We also did not use any of the amenities as it was storming.

Staff were awesome ion the main ... especially Brian who was mega helpful and friendly. Hotel is misrepresented in the photos - dated and remote. Balcony was condemned, so no outside in the heat.

Our stay was not what I had expected it to be. The doors were whistling since we had a rain storm and it drove everybody absolutely nuts. They did not offer coffee in the lobby. They also did not offer food. It was very poor and very limited definitely would not stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone.

It was not worth the price. The Radisson is known for it balcony oceanfront views; however, they are under construction so you can’t even access the balcony. Also, no microwaves in the rooms unless it’s a family room. It’s unfortunately very inconvenient.

Very friendly staff. Balconies are off limits which they don’t tell you until after you book but it wasn’t a problem. Very limited food options. The cafe is only open for breakfast and the tiki bar/cafe (actually, just a little side room with a tiny bar) only serves until 6. The food in both places is outrageously priced ($15 omelette. $7 bagel. $15 cocktail). Too bad, because Ben our server:bartender was amazing. Everything you could want from a hospitality employee
