This was not a ‘fun’ trip to Florida for us. My husband’s father was just placed in hospice. The staff was exceptional. Francine at the front desk, Mike the shuttle driver and cleaning staff(I didn’t get names) all helped make this trip much better. You should be so impressed with the people that represent your property. We also ate at The Placery, that was a great thing. Nice clean. Perfect layout. Bathroom door was too big and hard to close you have to go in that corner on the side of the toilet or go inside the shower to close it or you're in the way. Other than that it was amazing. I will stay again.

Very nice hotel at an inexpensive price. I liked the separate television area. Only complaint was there was too many dogs at the hotel and I like dogs. They should limit it.

Nice hotel, modern and convenient. Rooms were a good size. The bathroom was very small with an awkward shower entrance. The shower floor was filthy. Front desk had very little to say about the condition of the shower at checkout.

They say the have a bar and restaurant, (They don't have either) it's a counter where you can get bottle drinks and a small select menu. Not what I would consider a bar or restaurant by any means. Very misleading in expedia's description. It did the trick, but would never stay again.

The whole staff here was just phenomenal! Stephanie the shuttle driver was safe and friendly! Francine always had a smile on her face! Mike was such a delight! There are many more who I didn’t catch their names. Thank you, everyone for taking care of us!
