Great Hotel Find!!
All the reviews I read about WaterWalk were true! This place is clean, quiet and spacious. We like having a kitchen to save money on eating out when we travel back and forth for Mayo Clinic visits. I also learned that I can bring my fur babies for only a cleaning fee no matter the length we stay. Front desk staff on check in and check out were very friendly. We'll be back!!

Stayed only one night and reserved three rooms. This facility looks brand new. Everything was in great shape. The only issue we had was there are people that live here full time, as per their optional long term rental, but we could hear people and music way late into the night through the walls. The facility resides at the end of a professional park that is beautifully landscaped and very close to tons of restaurants. We would not stay here again only because of the noise coming from so many of the rooms late into the eventing. This was a problem for our room and my family that stayed on the opposite side of the building on the same floor.

The overall stay was decent but the customer service literally has an attitude about them as if they don’t really want to help you..I had a room with a broken dryer and a big bug in it I was told I’d get a new room but once I brought it to the workers attention she laughed at me and said we don’t have any room available.

Definitely in my "favorites list".
This is the type of hotel that makes you wish you business trip lasted longer. Everything from our check-in to check-out was pleasant. The lobby is fully equipped for enjoying a coffee/espresso/latte break. The suites were well appointed, stylish and ultra comfortable. A full kitchen and washer/dryer in the room topped the cake. I hope they maintain the ambiance, professional staff and quality. This is a premium hotel at an affordable rate. Fingers crossed those remain affordable. We will try to book here first for future business trips in Jacksonville.

Everything was very clean and the room had everything we needed - including a washer and dryer. The AC ran very cold which was nice when it was 115! The staff was kind and accommodating. The area is off the beaten path and quiet except for some road noise.
