The room was clean and bed very comfortable. We had a two night stay and our key didn’t work on the second day. We had to have it redone. And it was almost a block to the front desk.

There were spots on the sheets. The overall feel of the property is that it is aged and needs repairs done. The breakfast was pretty good. They have an omelet station. Sometimes there is a chef preparing omelets to your specification.

We had to make last-minute arrangements because the Westport Inn we were going to stay in. Nete would answer our phone calls. The staff at this place was amazing. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. We were super impressed with our accommodations.

Rooms are nice staff are nice breakfast was surprisingly good for a hotel pizza place is ok Texas Roadhouse across the street was waaaaaay better than the one in our town. Parking lot gets full the only bad thing

I arrived after midnight from a long day of driving to have to wait over 25 minutes for the front desk to figure out a room confusion with the guest in front of me, I got to my room around one AM to learn I was put in a hall with teens racing down the hall, screaming, knocking on doors, with no respect to other guest or supervision. I slept a total of three hours at best. I can't see how or why I should have to pay for one of the worst hotel experiences ever. Saul 210-246-3396

Long tired day
When I arrived it was late and I just wanted to get to my room. Upon entering the room the bed looked like it had not been cleaned. We went back to the nice lady at the desk . Sh gave us an upgraded room at no charge and did not ask question. Now that is great service. The next room was super great. Breakfast was very good and I would stay there again

We stayed here last year and we were over the moon about the experience. This year there were a number of issues with little to no staff available to correct - batteries in remote were low, tv for second bedroom needed to be reset, firepits not working, treadmill was not working, I believe this is a management issue however beating the staff up would not get us any results. Staff tried. All of these issues should have been checked, cleared before guests showed. The wall lights were very dusty. We go every year for cross country. Thank you for making your issues ours. I am sorry does not negate the experience. We will stay somewhere else from now on.
