Check in was quick and efficient. Staff is very friendly and professional. Room was very nice-nightstand good size to hold all technology; very clean; beds/ comforters very good. Shower was exception as shower spray was excellent, could take shower and not get towels wet and had traction on the bottom of the tub which is excellent for ages to prevent falls. The make up mirror would not hold its position but very nice accommodations.

Nice hotel. We were traveling as a family and my only complaint is that we were charged more to have 4 people in the room, but there were still only two bottles of water, coffee etc since we paid for extra people I expected it to be stocked for 4 people.

Nice place to stay on the plaza. Older hotel they are trying to keep looking good. Rooms have been updated and are clean. Bar area and live music in lobby is fantastic. Valet parking is quick.my only complaint is I requested a late check out of noon and I still had no less than 3 people knock on my door between 10:30 and 11:30 even with the sign out.

Great location - Surprisingly poor condition, peeling wallpaper everywhere Room was dirty, bath was filthy, very slow shower drain, faucets leak onto vanity $200 /night does not get you a change of sheets ( but Yes towels ) Main level garage two large trash bins overflowing at entrance, for duration of our visit Many other very good choices around the plaza - definitely disappointed in this IC property - truly embarrassing stay Maybe living on long past reputation - We are the easiest guests imaginable

The room trim was old, chipped paint, wallpaper peeling. Balcony was literally looking at the roof. The outdoor patio at restaurant was full of cigarette butts and broken wired lattice. Overall just mediocre. We slept ok, that’s a plus side and felt safe in the area.
