The hotel's greatest asset is its location which is just a short walk from the 3 sisters lookout.
My hopes for a relaxing stay evaporated upon entering the dimly lit lobby. No receptionist, just a cryptic note demanding I pick up the phone. Instead of help, I got an earful from a disgruntled employee who practically roared at me for daring to use the desk phone. His sudden switch to forced pleasantness as he reluctantly helped me felt insincere. The villa's age was evident in the pervasive moldy odor, and the breakfast was an insult to the word "meal." To top it all off, the water sputtered to a halt just as I prepared to leave, without a single apology or explanation. This overpriced, understaffed nightmare is a stain on the hospitality industry
Spa not open even though it was advertised, wanted to charge for breakfast even though the booking stated it was included. TV was broke in the room but they did move to a bigger room. Friendly staff
fridge was very noisy, had to get up at 2am to switch off. Plumbing from adjoining room also noisy when used. Overall not worth room rate changed

The staff were friendly and helpful.
The room and facilities were very tired not at the standard of a hotel calling themselves boutique. We were missing the blockout layer of curtains and there were broken light switch covers. The photos online showed a dining area with fireplace but when we checked in we were told there was no food service at all.
Room reasonably quiet, warm, clean but a little dated. Needs blackout curtains.

Nice presentation and room was clean.
It was a shame neither breakfast facility nor spa facility was available for use (due to covid restrictions, but these were advertised).
Staff were always observed cleaning and making sure we had enough supplies in the rooms, which was nice.

Comfortable stay. A little run down, but great location. Restaurant, Spa and Sauna closed due to Covid so limited activities at the moment.
The team know that the facilities, including breakfast, currently being advertised are not being provided but chose not to update their advert or let us know before arrival.
Paper thin walls, Shocking sponge like pillows that resulted in a neck ache. Could hear door to garage slamming all night. Poor tourist information for bush walks, no breakfast despite advertising. A complete dump for $220 a night, 0 stars for me.
I booked 3 days accommodation .... on arrival to be told...

✖️No central heating during the day at just 3 degrees
They only upgraded to a bath when I pointed it out on the booking form and threatened to drive to Sydney city to stay. I paid for all of the other amenities including breakfast daily and received no compensation whatsoever then charged an extra 15% on top.
It’s a rort and I wanted to support the industry not walk away and make this complaint.
Such a let down to my first long weekend away in a long while.
The best part was a log combustion heater except it only went on at 3pm.

Overpriced for what it is. It was clean, but very basic and dated. Breakfast wasn’t served due to covid, which is fair enough, but they didn’t tell us until we got there and it was already included in the price.
Stay was lovely room was clean but breakfast was included in the price but wasn't available due to COVID -19 . website details should be changed to state this.
Wotif advert stated that a continental breakfast would be served and that there was a spa for our use. We were also noted that a bathtub was available. None of this was true.
The room was warm and comfortable but the bathroom window didn't close properly. Hence the bathroom was always cold.
