We had a great vacation with our kids! The only thing is that the hotel food and drinks were pretty terrible and the prices were super high! We made it a point to leave and eat elsewhere every day. Also, there is a pigeon issue on the 4th floor outdoor walkway to the rooms on that side of the hotel. Lots of pigeon poop on the ground at times but they cleaned it every day. I just wish they could vacate the pigeons living in the rafters above the walkway - it was gross at times. Otherwise, awesome trip!

This was a weird property the staff personalities were great and the outside of the property was awesome but the cleanliness of the hotel inside specifically was brutal it was filthy in the carpet hallways in the four days we were there the hallways were not vacuumed once as there was a packet of sugar on the floor (I took photos of all this as I was surprised) when we arrived which I thought was weird and it was there when we left as I just wanted to see if it would be picked up. We were shocked at how dirty it was when we arrived with clumps of hair and bits of trash on the floor. It was very disappointing and gross for how much it cost to stay here! the room and the room cleaning were terrible they never refilled our items properly we kept running out which was brutal changed our sheets once and the only reason was we were in the room when she arrived and I asked if she would be which became a confusion ! the floor wasn't swept or cleaned once and it was noticeably dirty, the showers had someone else hair in them when we arrived, all in all, wouldn't stay or recommend this and would advise you to go to another island or all-inclusive on another island honestly the ones I have stayed at have been cleaner

Awesome stay at the Casa Marina when we were in Key West. Friendly staff, beautiful beach and not too far of a bike ride to everything on Duval. Plus renting the bikes at the hotel was a plus.

The self parking was easy. But just keep in mind it was $40 per car per night. Rooms are clean but hallways and elevator need more upkeep. Pool services was slow but people are nice over all. The price for drinks and food are pretty expensive for what it was. Overall first and last stay.

I booked a partial ocean view room through Expedia and paid in advance. Due to a weather-related flight delay, I arrived at the hotel a day later than originally scheduled. I informed the hotel of the delay beforehand and stayed in Miami overnight at my own expense, as airlines don't compensate for weather-related delays. Upon arrival, the hotel insisted I make a new reservation and pay again because I didn't arrive on time. They claimed to have refunded the original payment to Expedia and advised me to seek a refund from them. Despite multiple requests during my stay, the hotel maintained that they weren't charging a cancellation fee due to the weather and were refunding other affected guests. Additionally, they downgraded my room to a city view, even though the prices were similar. I've been trying to get a refund from Expedia for over eight days. The first agent promised a refund within 2-3 business days, but I haven't received it. Expedia now requires a written email confirmation from the hotel. However, every time I contact Expedia agents (6 different people now), they've been unable to provide this. They keep telling me that they are waiting to hear from the hotel. Totally horrible experience from the hotel and Expedia in refunding my money.

Unfortunately this hotel lost power and after waiting for hours we made the choice to leave. While I understand that Mother Nature isn’t this hotels fault, there was nothing done to share information or assist with finding alternate properties. We waited for 6-7 hours to make the decision to leave and no staff seemed to care.
