It is very convenient to the train station, Kokura Castle and especially the convention center which is why I was there. The room was quite small and the bed very firm. The breakfast room has a nice view. I would have given a higher score but for the bed.

Very nice place with a sea view in my room. It s still pretty new. The staff are very helpful and patient. Highly recommended, especially for those who like anime and manga coz a building of anime is 2min walk from the hotel.

大変快適でした。フロントのスタッフさんの対応も素晴らしく、駐車場の場所を尋ねましたが、大変分かりやすく、丁寧に案内していただき、助かりました。また利用したいと思い今までお断りしていましたが、今回会員になりました。部屋も快適で清潔でしたが、湯船につかったときに、むき出しになっている配管が気になってしまいまいた。 コンビニが23時過ぎると駅まで歩く必要になるのが少し不便でした。 朝食会場が１９階で眺望が最高でした。 総合的に星５です。

東横インの中では、設備が新しく、快適でした。 朝食も種類があり、美味しく、部屋で食べても良いようにランチボックスが置いてありましたが、 食堂で朝食を食べ、更にランチボックスにおかずやパンを詰めて、持って帰った人がいて、ビックリしました。 ホテルの御厚意を裏切る行いだと思います。

思ったよりも部屋は広い。小倉駅から歩くと意外とあるのと、繁華街側から逆なのでちょっと距離がある。エレベーターが3本あるが、朝食会場が最上階にあるので、なかなかエレベーターが来ない。スタッフさんはフロントの方も朝食会場の方も親切でした。焼きうどん朝から食べられるのは嬉しい。
