I really liked this hotel. I received a very nice upgrade and the room was fantastic. Staff is very eager to please and make sure everything is just right. I loved the full-service and spacious gym (with GREAT view), and the 20 meter pool). What a treat to be there. I will definitely come here again every time I visit Hong Kong.

With the exception of Lily, the staff was less than warm and welcoming. Swimming pool area was very noisy with the cleaning and power washing while guests were there (they should’ve cleaned when the pool was closed). Made for a very unpleasant experience.
