This property has an amazing location! However, the services and overall quality of the property is a bit rundown, and the service is very hit and miss. The garage is not secure, there are no security cameras, the gates to get in and out are difficult, and the customer service is not as genuine as one would hope.

Location was perfect, we couldn’t have been any closer to the beach. Beautiful grounds and nice amenities. Two negative comments: 1. It took housekeeping 3 hours and 3 phone calls to respond to our request. 2. The walls are very thin, we could hear the conversation of the couple next to us. We didn’t mind it too much, but if you want quiet, this might not be a good fit.

The location was superb. Right on the beach, with great dining options, shopping and access to experiences within walking distance. Felt like we were just a part of the neighborhood. I don’t think we drove for more than 20 minutes to any of our other destinations, and the navigation in and out was so easy!
