It’s been our 3rd or 4th time at the Tides. We love this unique vintage and affordable hotel. It’s well within walking distance to the beach, Heisler Park and many restaurants and shops. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We’ve never had issues with parking and the rooms are spotless clean. Until next time!

a very comfortable stay, Very clean room, comfortable bed and pillows loved the little kitchenette and very convenient for the area for shopping dining. Cute little motel will definitely stay there again, Staff was excellent in very accommodating. Overall stay was excellent. Would highly recommend.

We thought this was a wonderful little motel and a good value! The staff was super welcoming and helpful, and the rooms were renovated and very cute. Comfortable beds, Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator, bottled water and lots of quaint touches like games and books. Easy covered parking and a nice little pool. Also really convenient to the beach, dining etc. Excellent front desk service and good WIFi. Highly recommended!

The Tides is fantastic. The staff is so helpful and friendly. The location is so great for beach access and short stroll down to shops and restaurants. This was our second stay here and we would love to stay again sometime.

Small, quaint hotel. Close to beautiful beach, restaurants and shopping. Staff were friendly, helpful and very welcoming. Room had everything we needed, it was clean and comfortable and we had a view of the ocean on the second floor. I would definitely stay here again.

My expensive room had a ceiling with water damage, the paint on the bathroom door was peeling off, the one small table was damaged and outside by the parking supplies for the building were haphazardly stacked up. I was given a discount after I complained. The staff was friendly.

I could have stayed for a month! The room was simple - spacious, the kitchenette was useful, the little patio outside our door was great, the gentleman onsite was exceptionally friendly and responsive. We'd stay there again!

This hotel was conveniently located near restaurants, shops, and just a short walk from the beach. The free summer trolly stops just a half a block away also which was nice for when we were loaded down with beach gear and or groceries. The rooms are a little dated and rustic, but charming and perfectly adequate. The provided linens and toiletries were very high quality. The hotel staff was very friendly and provided beach towels and chairs which was really nice. The pool and pool area was very nice. Parking was very tight so if you have a larger vehicle it could be very tricky to park safely, but once you do park there's no need to drive again until it's time to leave. All in all this was a nice place for a quick weekend vacation and I would recommend.
