Canā€™t blame the Motel for the Lakeview portable water issue. It does have an odor to it. The room itself was a good place to rest after a long day of driving. Would be willing to book again when going through the area.

This is a very low level hotelšŸ˜³. I hate to say it but I probably would avoid staying here again. It tends to be where work crews stay and is in poor condition If you just need somewhere to lay your head it would work but otherwise not so good. I am posting this because it had a rating of GOOD and I think that is inaccurate.

There is not much to choose from in this town. So this was more by necessity than choice. The pillows were only partially covered with a pillow case, eww. The bed was like trying to sleep on plywood. I mean it was that stiff. Small worn down towels. The tiniest possible packages of soap you could possibly provide. Like less than a thimble full.

It did the trick
I was just passing through the area and needed a pit stop. This place was fine in all aspects -- don't be fooled by the size or exterior appearance. It was a nice room with all expected amenities and I got a much-needed night of great sleep.
