As someone who books on Hotels.com the resort fees were exorbitant and also hidden. The heater in the room blew cold air half the time. It was just a bad experience and I felt misguided in the booking process as well. I won’t stay there again.

I ate downstairs at the many restaurants and had drinks at the bars and there were alot of homeless people or people that looked like they had "habits" asleep at the gaming machines or in the food court by Fudruckers. Alot of them looked very unsavory and like they were up to no good. I noticed alot of security guards with visible firearms not doing anything about it. When I would go to my room though, they were very aggressive about seeing my room key though but the guy passed out in the corner? No problem. Very backwards experience, treat the paying guest as a harsh vagrant but the homeless guy asleep in the food court? No problem. Please get it together, I've stayed at The Orleans alot and never had an experience like this before. Get rid of the homeless people in your casino!

Great rooms!
Visiting cousin from Colorado who was visiting son who lives in Las Vegas. The Oleans was really big, noisy ( as most casinos are) smoky and pretty hard to navigate for senior citizens. But we did manage to find our way when needed. The best part for us was the rooms. EXECELLENT DESIGN of our room. Two queen beds, a desk a dresser with tv, comfortable couch and chair and lamp! Big closet area in bathroom for hanging clothes. Really great rooms. Since we were not gamblers, we were very expressed with our room. Room rate was reasonable. Room service personnel and the gentleman who helped us take out or luggage was excellent and personable. The valet parking was reasonable and really a nice touch. I would for sure return!
