First there was no shuttle service to hotel and there was supposed to be. Second, no coffee maker or refrigerator in the rooms. And lastly check in was a nightmare with long lines to self check and half of the kiosks not working.

Fabulous place to stay away from strip! Definitely recommend if attending event at the stadium for easy and quick access back to hotel. Dining was fabulous.
