WOW! What a lovely hotel! It has a maximalist decor which we loved. The carpeting, the wall portraits, the furniture, the lighting and expecially the hotel room doors and bathroom doors were a huge step above your average Marriot or Hitlon. We felt like royalty. Everything was clean and the beds were supremely comfortable. The staff was kind and approachable. We were able to check in early as our room was ready. The pool was incredible being FULLY heated - walk right in. What a treat it was to stay at the Brownwood Hotel. We'll be back!

Not as good as previous stays
No microwave in the room, very small coffee maker and only one cup provided. Hotel tried charging my room a second time which was caught by my bank. They had no excuse for it and made us believe someone at the hotel was trying to scam us. Not happy at all about that. This stay was not as good as previous stays.

The Fabulous Brownwood Hotel
We enjoyed the live entertainment on Thursday evening and loved Wolfgang Pucks restaurant. We loved the convenience to Brownwood Paddock Square. We will definitely recommend and this fabulous property ad stay there again in our travels to the Villages!
