Property looks nice. We arrived 2 hrs early. Would not get help to get checked in till exactly 3 pm. So, we went to the city and came back ready to relax. My room was crawling with ants. First time, when called, no one came to check. Called again and house keeping came with sprays. Asked for a different room. Same thing in second room!!!Third room was ok. Just ruined my whole stay from that. Was constantly checking the room to make sure no ants. I took pictures. That was horrible. A manager talked to us after everything was said and done. He pretended like everything was fine. Scratch this property off my list.

We stayed for a week and enjoyed every minute. The staff are, without exception, amazing, nothing is too much trouble, they are friendly and helpful and great for local recommendations. The hotel is clean throughout and we really enjoyed the massive choice of breakfast items available each morning. It is a little out the way but there is a regular free shuttle bus into Caparica and we found Uber’s to Lisbon cheap and quick. We used the spa for a massage which was also fabulous and reasonably priced. Would recommend!
