The room was clean and very comfy and spacious. Had issues with the lock on the first room and got moved to another room. The key didn’t work the second day on that one but other than that no issues. The staff that I dealt with in the evening were great. Thank you for the help.

Don’t stay at this hotel. The service is horrible (waiting 10 minutes to check in with no one at the front, had to call and ask to be checked in), people were drinking and partying with their hotel doors open, people walking around the parking lot, the pool is dirty and the hot tub doesn’t work.

The pool/waterslide area was fantastic! The public areas & rooms were very clean & well maintained. Front desk staff also fantastic until it came to an item that was left behind in room. I called within hours of check out and was able to get someone to pick item up but no accountability for my item. Also the continental breakfast being provided by the on site restaurant, bad experience. Only allowed 1 drink, very limited meal - with extremely rude staff both days we were there. Toss up if we'd ever stay there again though.
