The staff were marvellous and the position of the hotel was really good. I arrived feeling jet-lagged and in pain from a neck injury. I got a bit confused and they helped to sort me out with great patience and care. They were all very helpful and kind. Jackie who I think was the manager was vert reassuring and made me feel at ease despite my going down to reception several times with various issues. The location is excellent - the entry to the hotel is in Terminal 3 - great position for arriving and leaving the hotel. It was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff were very helpful. The heating wasnt working in the room but the Manager quickly sorted it out and gave us another room which was bigger and workedcwell. Very convenient for Terminal 3. The only downside there was only 1 restaurant nearby which was dosappointing.

Online it makes it sound like it is inside the terminal. Landed in 2. Nobody knew where it was. Asked 8 employees. Called and the staff was very hard to understand. Wasn’t clear I had to exit security and customs and walk for about 20 minutes to terminal 3. It would help if they had instructions how to get to it online from different terminals. The room was very small but nice. No window. Interior room which is a little different.

Room was very small but adequate for our one night stay. Unfortunately no restaurants in the surrounding area but were able to pick up food from M&S. very convenient for terminal 3 departure the following morning

My boot sole broke while running thru the airport, and arriving at the hotel, we asked a staff member we met in the corridor if he had any sort of tape. He told us the get to our room and that he will find out with the cleaning staff if they had any supplies. Sure enough, 5' later he came knocking at our room, and presented a roll of masking tape that I used to secure my sole. This allowed me to get the train to the next town and but a new pair of shoes. Unfortunately, i never knew the name of this staff member, but he went clearly above and beyond to satisfy his guests. Kudos to him and the rest of the staff at the Aerotel Heathrow!

What i like is the proximity to terminal 2 and 3 good for a 15 hours lay over . The room that was assigned to us the shower room not draining properly almost flooding the entire bathroom good thing we find it out right away.

Terminal 3 only

Although labeled T2 & T3 this hotel is is only Terminal 3 and good 15-20 min walk from Terminal 2. Additionally you have to keep the bathroom door closed the entire shower or risk a fire alarm ... so if a kid needs a wee you might be out of luck!

The room was incredibly expensive and incredibly small. For almost $300/night, I expect a room to be big enough to have a bedside table on each side of the bed. We could barely move in the room. It’s convenient to be in the airport for an early departure but otherwise I would not stay there.

Booked this for convenience as it's right in Heathrow T3 arrivals. Pros: convenient, quiet Cons: expensive, limited amenities, have to pump the button to flush toilet, shower steam might trigger fire alarm, no luggage storing.
