“I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. This is a great hotel for a few nights stay. Felt so homely, wonderfully central. Clean. Great bed. Nice pillows. Lovely staff. Didn’t use the bar/eatery so cannot comment.

A great Stay.
The welcome was great, simple and speedy which is perfect after a long day. The refurbished rooms are really nice, the new look and feel is so much nicer and feels fairly plush for the cost. Bed is very comfortable and for the location it is pretty quiet despite being on the main road.

No hot water, terrible! Sink in bath room did not drain properly. We brought these issues to the attention of the staff and they did nothing. Unacceptable!

Bathroom lacked s shelf for toiletries. Shower was built into the wall, so floor was soaked when taking a shower

Not Bad for a Short Stay
Very small, but clean room. Situated close to Euston railway and underground stations, which was very convenient. Bloomsbury looks lovely, but we were only there one night. Friendly staff. We were woken up at 8:30 by a very loud fire alarm. We were told that it is very sensitive and can go off from steam from a shower or any type of heat detected. It would have been good to get an all clear announcement, though.
