Good location but for a 4 stars hotel was expecting bigger bathroom and need of shelves to put one’s own toiletries and hanging hooks for clothing.The only space we could use was to put our stuff on top of the toilet with the seat down .

Overall we were happy with the hotel. The staff were excellent. Euston tube and bus station was a very short walk. Paddington and St Pancras was 16 minutes walk. We will use this hotel again.

Lovely hotel
Lovely modern hotel with friendly staff. Rooms had everything you needed. The only thing that wasn't good was the bathroom. It was clean and well decorated however the shower design wasn't great as water went all over the bathroom leaving a puddle on the bathroom floor so it was constantly wet as there was nowhere for it to drain. We had towels on the floor but they were soaked also. The pillows were also a little soft for us but that's not a bad thing. We had a lovely stay all in all.

Hotel was undergoing renovations so it was a little untidy. Room was very small and the bathroom was like a cupboard, but it was clean and staff were friendly.

Whilst the staff were delightful the hotel is undergoing major renovation with no warnings given. Only 1 lift which was being used for paint and staff and materials for the renovations making it slow, unreliable and dangerous. The gym and washrooms for the bar and restaurant were out of action. There were also technical problems within rooms (heating stuck at 16 degrees and tvs not working).

Overall a decent hotel - the room had good amenities and staff were all helpful. The free drink at the bar was a nice touch! Location is super handy for Euston station which is great. However, the room was a little bit tired and pretty small, we found there really wasn’t much room to put anything down. There was also some temporary traffic lights outside heading to/ from the main road that meant there was lots of cars hooting at all times of day - the windows were actually reasonably sound proof but still a bit annoying although out of the hotel’s control.

A problem was that on arrival to the hotel I was asked to pay up front a deposit for the room 50.00 GBP. This has been debited to my account despite assurance that it would only be held on my card. This was a negative for my stay that I now have to contact the hotel to sort it out. I am annoyed with this as no warning was given that I needed to pay this prior to my stay.
