The hotel is well-maintained, with modern rooms featuring technology to adjust lighting and blackout settings. The rooms are cozy, and the common areas provide a great space to relax. Food and drinks are available 24/7, and the staff is incredibly friendly, ensuring a memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return. The only downside, which isn’t the hotel’s fault, is the presence of some homeless individuals across the street. While it’s a city issue, the area is a bit untidy, which made us feel a bit unsafe at times. However, they kept to themselves and didn’t cause any trouble.

Staffs r friendly, impeccably helpful. However, I didn’t know there is no cleaning in the 3 nights stay which is a bit ….. breakfast is hot ( the sausage cooked to perfection with caramelised scrips skin n scramble egg is velvety buttery with chive on top! Coconut yoghurt , mozzarella balls,fresh blueberries etc) in European standard is good ! Neighbourhood around the hotel is scary, many homeless around. Transportation is convenient. Take Heathrow express then bus 36 ( if the train hasn’t started )

Hotel is well located, very close to the Victoria tube station. Walkable from the Buckingham palace, National gallery etc. Hotel lobby is a lively place with a bar, cafe and lot of seating for working and lounging. Rooms are well thought out: clean and comfortable. Blinds/lighting/temperature could be controlled via provided iPad or mobile app. The rooms felt a bit cramped though. Overall, would stay again.

The hotel was very nice. Good location being so close to Victoria Station and quite a few very good dining options. Would definitely stay here again. Only real downside is the bed is up against the window, so if you are traveling with a partner, one of you would have to climb over the other in the middle of the night - though that seems to be a theme in London
