The property was clean, modern, colorful and happy. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. Coffee was exceptional. Rooms are small, but clean and have everything you need including a refrigerator drawer. We would definitely choose citizenM again.

Great location for London. You 5 minute walk from the Victoria stations nd also walking distance from Buckingham place! Small room but they were Clear rooms and staff was friendly

I heard good things about this chain from a fellow traveller, so I decided to give it a try. I had a great room, the food was good, service was great and it was a really convenient location at a reasonable price. Wins all around! For a senior such as myself,the modern style of the hotel i.e i-pads to work lights and blinds was a little bit confusing and did not suit my taste. But the young staff on site were very helpful and friendly.

It's a great location near Victoria Station. I've stayed before. I wish they had laundry facilities/send out available. I had to make do. Other than that, another happy stay at a CitizenM. Breakfast, as always, was great.

Beautiful and clean hotel with friendly staff. Bed was comfortable. Love the modern decor and high-tech controls of the lights, curtains, temperature, and TV. Location was on point; close to restaurants, Victoria train station, major sights are walkable. We highly recommend!

The tech for the room is great. Lighting, blackout shades etc. The design is great as well, but be ready as the room itself is small. Great commons area if you need to work. Room is perfect for sleeping and getting ready for the day.

Greatness Within the Little Things
I arrived extremely ill with stomach flu & the front desk gave me early check in, helped me with luggage & brought me a carafe of water. The entire stay continued with courtesy, friendliness & knowledge. I was pleased with location, thrilled with breakfast & cleanliness of room. I must share though that the room is extremely small & crawling over my husband every time that I needed to do something became tiring after 4 nights!
