Great location
Perfect central location, within two minutes of Trafalgar Square, but quiet too. The reception staff were very friendly and professional. The room was spacious and clean and the shower was good. Only issues were the slight smell of damp and the noisy fridge that we had to turn off at night.

Always stay here when we are in London. It's close to all the areas we like to get to. Also close to the station. Rooms are large and very clean. Staff are wonderful and very friendly. Highly recommended

A warm welcoming staff made our stay feel “close to home”. The room is dated ( very much London) with a very comfortable bed, a good amount of room and the attention to cleanliness shows. Sitting within a short walking distance to the highlights of London touring is a huge plus. A very nice choice indeed.

Hotel was good. Bedroom was clean and neat but I thought should be more elegant. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Staff was average. I thought they could be more welcoming and wanted to see more smiles at least from them. The area around the hotel was great. Trafalgar Square is within meters from the hotel. Many good restaurants and cafes around. Also, multiple gift shops and a Tesco is nearby for small groceries needed. Overall, the hotel is good. A bit expensive for what is offering but if you are looking to stay close to the Square, it is a good option.

Great hotel in London! Close to everything and got to enjoy “The Living Room” that had free water, free water bottles, coffee and tea! A spot to take a rest which we used every day. Staff were so helpful as well. Try out the great pizza restaurant just next door - amazing!
