Good hotel with a surpise vist from a staff member
Good hotel. They let me check in early which was great. However while I was in my room a member of staff let themselves in with their key card (a handyman to apply sealant to the aircon control) which was…surprising…!

The staff where amazing could of ask for more friendly people, the room was extremely clean however I stayed in room 308 and in the shower the light is pushed into the ceiling apart from that it was perfect

Normally stay at the Holiday Inn. Ibis was not only cheaper but very clean & the staff were very nice. The only negative was not enough shelving in the bedroom, especially near the mirror & the bathroom mirror was small & the sink big, so couldn't do make up easily. Otherwise lovely & no issues at all.
