The layout of the suite was very nice. Lots of privacy for both parties in one open space. Kitchen facilities were very nice, but needed dishcloth or paper towels to wipe down the countertops and appliances. There were no face clothes in the bathroom, so anyone uses face clothes should bring one. Housekeeeping staff were very obligating and prompt. Lovely hotel and great location.

The rooms need to be update carpet dirty and old, they need to refresh the bath towels. Reception service very poor, staff no very friendly. I suppose to have VIP services but I never got it.

Initially, I thought the experience at the hotel was going to be poor since I had to wait for 30 minutes after the official check-in time to get into my room. After a long flight, that was incredibly frustrating. However, I understood because the hotel was very busy that day and the staff was doing all they could to accommodate all of the guests. Management took steps to address my concerns, offered me a sincere apology, and gave me a couple of perks to make up for the inconvenience. From that point on everything about my experience at the hotel was great (especially the staff who was super courteous and professional). The location is great, just a short walk from Waterloo station. I'd stay here again on my next trip to the UK.

The hotel staff was great. But the hotel room was dirty. The expresso mugs were used, mold growing in the shower, blood on a towel and every time we asked if they would clean our room they would only bring towels in so by the end of a 2 night stay we ended with probably 8 towels but nothing else was cleaned.

I booked the London Eye view room. I completed my online check-in the night before, and when I arrived at the hotel early in the morning, my room was ready, and I was given a free upgrade. The location of this hotel is very beneficial, within walking distance of the London Eye, Big Ben, and other attractions. Also, the tube (train) and bus stop are within walking distance. The only thing I did not like about the hotel/my room was the bed. My room only offered a double bed, and to my preference, the bed was too low to the floor, and I could not get comfortable. My room had a sofa bed, which was higher up, and I slept much better in the sofa bed than the double bed. Overall, I would use this location again for my next visit.

My family and I stayed here and WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED it! Rooms are kept clean. Staff are accommodating to my young children, room was spacious enough and breakfast has a lot of options. Walk score is good, nearby attractions are within the area. Highly Recommend! Will book again!
