Very friendly staff and the property is absolutely nice especially during Christmas. Ambiance is really nice. Restaurant has his options. Restaurant manager went out of his way to get my kid some crayons! That was just wonderful! I would give them 5star just for that effort! :)

The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The full English breakfast was amazing, and the dining room has views of the River Thames. The hotel is within walking distance of Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and the Vauxhall Underground station. Would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity.

Good but not what we expected
The staff were great and it's a nice hotel but the bathroom wasn't that clean. The sink hadn't been cleaned in a long time and the AC wasn't working. The room was exceptionally hot and we were staying with a baby which made it difficult to ensure their comfort. The spa was nice.

it's so annoying how a housekeeper's cargo got heavy noise until deeply night Im very surprised how this noises started effective in the mornig,so,this means a whole days… Shouldn't have they've solute this issue,forexample,the change the wheel,rapping some materials to siemmer down the noise,kind of like a soft rubber… Its awful when i want to get enjoy hotel's life without go out… So,i really hope to solve this probrem by next visiting here A located was very nice,a cleanness room,an automatic interface with facilities great,a huge squea than another hotels…this strongpoint was excellent,my personal opinion was
